SEQTA
Just yesterday SEQTA was rolled out to all families in the school and the uptake has been great. We already have over a third of the families registered in the last 24 hours, so well done. If you need assistance in getting registered and connected with ‘SEQTA Engage’, please contact the school office. If your email has recently changed, please contact the office so it can be updated.
Cross Country
The school Cross Country Carnival is being held on Tuesday 15 June, beginning at 1:00pm. All students in the school will be participating in the event, beginning with the Kindergarten students. Information was sent to families regarding the upcoming cross country carnival, so please take the time to read the correspondence and please contact the office if you have any questions or queries.
The students had a practice run of their respective cross country course today and it was encouraging to see them all have a go. Parents are welcome to come along and spectate the cross country carnival next week and to cheer on the students as they test their endurance over the gruelling distances being run.
School Closure Day
Last Friday, all staff engaged in a ‘First Aid’ training accreditation. In addition to the online training component, all staff received the knowledge and skills to assist members of the school community in times of a medical emergency.
I thank all of the staff for their attentiveness during the day and their commitment in completing such an important course.
PSSA Sport
This week the senior students participate in the third round of PSSA Sports, competing against Dudley Park Primary School. Once again, we wish the competing students the very best and hope they enjoy the experience.
Kindergarten Information Session
An ‘Information Session’ for prospectus families enrolling into Kindy for 2022 will be held on 16 June, beginning at 9:00am. Please come along if you would like to know more about the Kindy program for the 2022 school year and enjoy a tour of the school.
Year 5 Assembly
There is a morning assembly this Friday 11 June 2021, at 8:45am, with our Year 5 students presenting an item. Parents and friends of the school are invited to attend and enjoy watching this event.
